Stop by the shop and walk through a sauna in progress. No pressure, no pitch, just come see how it's built and get a feel if it's right for your space.
Not in the Portland area? We'll walk you through everything on a call instead.
From visit to delivery
1. Visit the shop (or hop on a call). See a sauna in progress, talk through models, and figure out what fits your space.
2. We design your build sheet and do a 3D mockup of customizations. Wood grade, model layout, heater, add-ons, all locked in before we start.
3. 25% deposit reserves your build slot.
4. 25% deposit when we order materials, roughly 2–3 weeks before your build begins.
5. Weekly progress photos while your sauna is being built.
6. Delivery is scheduled 3–4 weeks out so you have time to prep your site. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Getting your site ready
Once your build slot is reserved, we'll send you our site prep guide — everything your contractor or handyman needs to know about the pad, clearance, and utility hookups.
We don't offer site prep services ourselves, but the guide is thorough enough to hand straight to whoever's doing the work for you. If questions come up, we're happy to jump on a call and talk through your specific site.
Delivery day
We deliver within 60 miles of Portland at no charge. Farther locations are charged by mileage, we'll give you an exact quote once we know your address.
Some sites require a crane for placement, we'll flag this during your site review so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Your remaining balance (50% of your total) is due when your sauna arrives.
